工作职责

1. Carrying out daily urgent troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

执行日常的应急维修和预防性维护。

2. Maintenance of manufacturing machines.

维护保养生产性设备。

3. Request of spare parts and technical support.

维修备件的申请和技术支持。

4. Draw up and update equipments safety operation regulation, routing inspection instruction,etc. 

制定和更新设备安全操作规程，巡检指导书等。

5. Participate in TPM activities to improve equipment efficiency.

参与全员生产维护活动，提高设备的使用效率。

6. Provide support for equipment & facility installation & setup.

支持设备和设施的安装和调试。

7. Improve machine performance，draw up the technical solution.

改进设备性能，制定解决方案。

8. Continual improvement of the technical knowledge.

持续提高技术知识。

9. Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

岗位要求

1. Majored in mechanical or related subjects.

本科以上学历，机械相关专业。

2. Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance management 

三年以上机械设备维修管理工作经验。

3. Have profound experience in equipment maintenanceand knowledge on CNC.Good knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and PLC Programming will be a plus

具备设备维护经验及数控机床专业知识,熟悉液压、气动机械的维修保养和PLC编程更佳。

4. Can read and speak basic English.  Honest，positive，diligent，can take responsiblity
