工作职责

1)Responsible to correctly inform, to the General Manager of JM Ceramics and to the HQ Financial Manager of Sedal group in Spain, on the financial situation of the company and any other relevant financial issue the company may have.
正确地告知总经理和集团总部财务经理，真实的公司的财务状况和其他相关财务问题。
2) Maintain an accurate and current bylaw system of accounting. To ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies and procedures. 维护精确的符合最新规章制度的会计体系，确保公司的财务管理是合法的和根据最新的法定政策和程序执行。
3) Cash management. Supervise daily cash management and elaborate cash forecast. Participate in strategic financial resources planning 现金管理、监督日常现金管理和详尽的现金预测；参与战略融资规划。
4) Report monthly financial analyses to ceramics GM and headquarters. Close follow up of plant costs, deviations versus budget.
制作者月度的财务分析报告给公司总经理和集团总部；密切跟进工厂的成本、偏差和预算。
5) Elaborate and follow up the budget of the company. 精心设计公司的预算并密切跟进。
6) Manage the relationship with lawyers and external auditors. 与律师和外部审计师保持良好的沟通。
7) Give Training and supports to the staff underling, and support to other departments, such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and HR to finish the finance or cost controlling better as the plan. 给下属和员工以支持和培训，专业知识和热情支持其他部门，如采购、仓库、生产、人力资源完成金融或成本控制更好的计划。

岗位要求

With the finance management working experience in exporting foreign company, knows well in SAP or ERP, and EXCEL formula to handle data accurately and fast.
具有同类制造型出口企业财务管理经验，会SAP,ERP，熟悉运用EXCEL函数准确快速处理数据。
Can communicate in English well.
能用英文沟通;
