工作职责

Responsibilities
Layout study, time study, motion study, material handling, utilization study, process analysis, and line balance.
工厂布局研究、时间研究、动作研究、搬运分析、稼动研究、工艺分析以及线体平衡" 
Maintenance of production bill of materials.
生产材料单(P-BOM)的维护" 
Preparation of manufacturing process and installation drawings
制造过程和安装图的准备" 
Design and make testing, assembly tools, jigs, equipment and facilities to fulfill prod. requirement.
根据生产需要，设计、制作、申请采购并验收测试工具、装配工具和夹具、制造设备及工厂设施" 
Responsible for prototype manufacture with coordination to related department
与公司相关部门协调，负责样机制造" 
Drive improvement workshops and projects on Shop Floor Level togehter with related department.
与公司相关部门一起推动车间级改善活动和改善项目" Complete the other tasks arranged by the manager.
完成上级安排的其他任务"

岗位要求

Requirement:
Bachelor or above degree
本科以上学历。
Over 5 years' experience in IE, production management, preferably with HVAC product and SAP operation experience
5年以上的工业工程、生产管理方面的相关经验，最好具备空调产品和SAP操作经验
