工作职责

Requirement:
1.Bachelor or above degree in one of below major: (以下专业的本科及以上学历)
1) Mechanical Manufacture and Automation (机械制造及其自动化)
2) Mechatronic Engineering (机械电子工程)
3) Intelligent detecton and control Engineering (智能化检测与控制工程)
4) Electrical Engineering (电气工程)
5) Detection Technology and Automatic Equipment ( 检测技术与自动化装置)
6) Related of above course.(以上相关专业)
2. Good knowledge of pneumatic,hydraulic and electronic;
3. Good knowledge of measurment tools and data recording tools;
4. Experienced in test stand setup and measurement technologie;
5. Fluent english in read and wrtie, German is prefer,
6. Programming experience in Labview or PLC is prefer,
7. Know brake system or Knorr-Bremse products is perfer.

岗位要求

Responsibilities
1.Resposible for new project and overhaual project testing paration, include but not limited:
1) Testing capacity analyse include equipment and manpower ability.
2) Create ToPCo testing sequence by local engineer.
3) Collaborate with each CoC for update and commissiong test program.
4) Set up the new testing ability include hardware and software by local engineer if request.
5) Create and update testng WI
2. Responsible for analyse and inverstigate test data, optimize testing process and equipment.
3. Responsible souring and design testing fixture/ tools/testing cable.
4. Responsible analyse and impelement ECO.
5. Responsible set up and organise period calibration and maintenance, spare parts management.
6. Support FAI activity.
7. Support trainning of new employeer,new project and new enquipment.
8. Support to find root cause if UUT testing failed.
