工作职责

Requirement:
1.Bachelor in electrical engineering or Automation or mechatronic related major, at least 5 years equipment/faiclity maintenance experiences
2. Proficient in AutoCAD and office software 
3. Familiar with power supply, compressed air supply and water supply 
4.Familiar with quality standard like ISO9000, IOS14000, OHSAS18000 
5. Familiar with TPM 
6. Familiar with PLC,HMI,servo control system,labview is preferred

Responsibilities
1. Design layout for workshop remodeling and office renovation 
2. Develop proposals from service providers for equipment purchasing, installtion and maintenance 
3. Manage authorties mandatory test equimpent 
4. Carry out preventive maintenance for facilties,such as electricity supply, air compressors, cranes, HVAC and building, firefighting system, camera monitoring system etc. 
5. Work out quality standard management documentation 
6. Equipment preventive maintenance document management 
7. Special equipment management, which including safety meter and safety valve calibration in a certain period of time. 
8. Other tasks assigned by superior or upper level management
