工作职责

1、 根据产品，设计金属冲压模具、夹具的设计(用UG 软件)；
According to the product, design metal stamping die, fixture design(using UG software);
2、 制定项目执行计划，并跟踪管理,监督实施；
Make project execution plan, follow up management and supervise implementation；
3、 协助新产品的开发，模具技术的交流；
Assist in the development of new products and exchange of mould technology；
4、 协助解决模具加工与调试中产生的问题；
Assist in solving the problems in die processing and debugging；
5、 负责新产品生产准备冲压模具、夹具导入和跟进管理；
Stamping die for new products, leading-in and management of fixture；
6、 冲压模具精度和冲床参数调整确认；
Adjustment and confirmation of stamping Die precision and parameters ；
7、生产相关模具的技术标准的参与制定、修改和保管。
The formulation, modification and preservation of the technical standards involved in the
mould 。
根据公司总体规划，根据产品特性，开展对模具、夹具的设计和改善，引进新材料、新
技术，提高模具、夹具的质量和技术；确保安全、品质和效率等目标的提升和改善。

岗位要求

英语要求读和写，ug一定要熟练，夹具方面也要懂。
